REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Ready to make music with us?
Families can register and pay securely online through our registration form.
For full-session registration, you may pay tuition in full or reserve your family’s spot with a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Your deposit is applied toward your total session tuition, and the remaining balance is due before the session begins.
Secure payment is available by major credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. A small payment-processing cost will be added to the listed tuition at checkout.
Your spot is reserved once registration and payment are complete.

Little Bird Music Company will provide all instruments and materials—just bring yourselves and be ready to sing, move, and have fun!
To help you and your little one feel comfortable, you may want to bring:
- Comfortable clothes for movement
- Any essentials your child may need (water, diaper bag, etc.)
- A soft blanket for floor activities
- Sock

* Our host location, Foundations Pediatric Therapy, is a shoe-free space. Please plan accordingly if you prefer not to be barefoot.
